The GTDI represents the Development Industry in the South Georgian Bay Region which includes Collingwood, Town of Blue Mountains, Wasaga Beach, Clearview Township and Town of Meaford.
Municipal & Regulatory Agencies
This Region is within the Province of Ontario and is split between two (2) Counties. Collingwood, Wasaga and Clearview are within the County of Simcoe. Town of Blue Mountains and Meaford are within the County of Grey.
The Region is also split between two (2) Conservation Authorities. They are the Nottawasaga Conservation Authority and the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority. Portions of the Region are subject to the Niagara Escarpment Commission.
