Over past 12 years I have partnered with my Wife Barb, as The Picot Team, serving Southern Georgian Bay property owners’ and buyers’ real estate needs with particular emphasis on Collingwood & The Town of Blue Mountains. Prior to my career in real estate and after Ryerson and University in the U.S., I was responsible for Marketing and Sales in North America and Offshore Markets for Canplas Industries Ltd. in Barrie for construction products for various business units, positioning the company as a strong participant in several marketplaces. This experience provides me with a strong appreciation of the design and functional aspects of residential and a range of other building types in the real estate industry.

As a native of Collingwood where I attended CCI and now as a resident in The Town Blue Mountains, I have a good understanding of the local environment and the people in this great area and changes and needs for this extended high growth community serving its local & recreational property owners and the many visitors from Southern Ontario. I love to ski, golf, hike and participate in the many social and cultural events in the area and am always ready to share my knowledge of the rich lifestyle we live and play in.
