The Town of The Blue Mountains is undertaking a comprehensive review of the existing zoning by-laws. As part of the Town’s review, the existing zoning by-laws will be reviewed, consolidated and updated to implement the policies of the Municipal Official Plan.
The result will be a new consolidated Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Town of The Blue Mountains to regulate land use and development within the Municipality. A key map is not provided as the proposed new Zoning By-law applies to all lands within the Town of The Blue Mountains.

TAKE NOTICE that a public meeting will be held by the Town to provide an opportunity for comments on the proposed new Comprehensive Zoning By-law. Staff will make a formal presentation.
A Council Workshop is also scheduled for May 7, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM so that Staff can provide an overview on the purpose and intent of the Zoning By-law project and to inform Council on the components proposed in the By-law. The purpose of the Council Workshop is to educate and inform Council about the project. No decisions are being sought.
