Kory Chisholm joined MHBC in 2016 and provides advice to private and public sector clients on a variety of land use planning issues. He both project manages and works as part of multi-disciplinary teams on various large residential and commercial development approvals, including many located across the Georgian Triangle. Kory is passionate about creating unique, well designed and integrated neighbourhoods and how changes in planning policy and market conditions impacts the housing product and mix being developed. Kory’s past experience includes working as a municipal planner where he reviewed various applications concerning the Official Plan, Zoning By-law, Plans of Subdivision, Site Plans, Consents and Minor Variances.

Kory received his Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Honours) in Planning from the University of Waterloo in 2012 and received his Master’s of Science in Resource Efficiency in Architecture and Planning from HafenCity University in Hamburg, Germany in 2016.

Kory has been a member of GTDI since 2017 and joined the Board of Directors in January 2019.
