With 20+ years of experience in civil engineering consulting, civil construction, land planning, infrastructure task force membership, and obtaining all required land development approvals, Jay has been involved in developing well over 10,000 homes in Ontario throughout his career. His expertise includes leadership, regulatory approvals, executing development agreements, infrastructure procurement and execution and contract administration.

Jay studied Civil Engineering at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario, and became a Certified Engineering Technologist under the Ontario Association of Engineering Technologists in 2014. Jay has developed the reputation as an industry leader in all disciplines of Land Development currently working for Georgian Communities in Barrie Ontario as the Vice President of Development since 2020.

Jay prioritizes building and maintaining strong industry relationships to achieve his main career goal of building strong award-winning communities in small town Canada.
