The Town of The Blue Mountains is undertaking a comprehensive review of the existing zoning by-laws. As part of the Town’s review, the existing zoning by-laws will be reviewed, consolidated and updated to implement the policies of the Municipal Official Plan.
The result will be a new consolidated Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Town of The Blue Mountains to regulate land use and development within the Municipality. A key map is not provided as the proposed new Zoning By-law applies to all lands within the Town of The Blue Mountains.
